The customer has every right to return a product within 14 days from the date of purchase, if it does not satisfy him or is defective and to request its replacement or refund.

The product must be in its original condition with all tags on its packaging, which must not be damaged. Not to be washed or used. It should be returned with all accompanying documents that accompanied it eg. Retail sales receipt or invoice.

In case of a return, please call 28410 82016 to inform you about how to send the product to us. zinhome.gr assumes the return costs in case of our own mistake or defective product. In any other case of return, the costs are borne by the customer.
