A necessary condition for the initiation of the negotiation between us is the communication on your part of some of your personal data. To create an order, we will ask you for your name, the address to which the products will be sent, your telephone number, your e-mail address, and in case your payment is made via credit card, its number and expiry date. This data will in no way be disclosed, made public or sold to third parties, unless this is imposed by a Public Authority (court, etc. ).
Your sensitive information is disclosed to the relevant bank (e.g. credit card number) and DELETED from our database, immediately after the completion of your order, thus ensuring an even greater level of security.
 

Security
For your own safety, the website www.zinhome.gr does not ask you, nor does it store your credit card details. If, at the final stage of your order, you choose to pay by credit card, you will be taken to a special Stripe website, which will ask you for your card details in a secure environment. These details are sent encrypted with SSL technology, so that they cannot be read or changed during their transfer over the Internet, exclusively to Stripe for card control and transaction execution. Subsequently, Stripe informs the website www.zinhome.gr about the success or failure of the transaction. At no stage of this process does zinhome get to know your credit card details.

Privacy Policy

In order to carry out any transaction through the online store www.zinhome.gr and to place orders for the company’s products, some personal information will be requested from the customer.

When placing the order, you will be asked for the full name, shipping address of the products, the billing address of the order (in case it is different from the shipping address), the invoicing details (in case payment by invoice has been selected), the number of a contact telephone, your email address (e-mail). This data is processed by the company in compliance with the application of article 7A par. 1 (b) N. 2472/1997, in order to implement the order given by the customer and in no way will be disclosed, made public or sold to third parties, unless the procedure set by the legislation for the removal of confidentiality is initiated (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national application of Directive 24/2006.
As of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 has entered into force, establishing, among other things, additional rights for individuals.

Www.zinhome.gr makes use of the information you give us during the electronic submission of the form, in order to contact you about (i) delivery of the order to your place, (ii) for confirmation and identification of the customer in any necessary case, (iii) for new or alternative products offered by www.zinhome.gr, (iv) special offers of www.zinhome.gr, (v) offers and news of zinhome.gr (vi) activation of telephony or internet service, (vii) receiving prizes after a lottery. You have the opportunity to choose whether or not you want to receive such communications from www.zinhome.gr by sending your request via e-mail to [email protected].

The submission of your personal data by you means that you consent to this data being used by the employees of www.zinhome.gr for the reasons mentioned above. Www.zinhome.gr requires its employees and the maintainers of its website to provide its users-clients with the level of security referred to in this Privacy Statement. In no other case can www.zinhome.gr share your personal information with others without your prior consent, unless this is required through legal channels.

Please note that under certain conditions the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data, which have been collected online without your prior consent, is permitted or required by law or court order.

Limitation of Liability

1. The company MARIA ZACHARIA is not responsible towards customers / users for damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of their order.
2. It also reserves the right to deliver the goods in cases of force majeure. The online store www.zinhome.gr cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of the products, but guarantees the timely information of the final consumers about their unavailability.
3. In no case is the online store liable for any legal or civil and/or criminal claims nor for any damage (positive, special or cumulative which indicatively and not restrictively, disjunctively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data , lost profits, monetary satisfaction, etc.) from website visitors or third parties for a reason related to the operation or non-operation and/or use of the website and/or failure to provide services and/or information that available from him and/or from any unauthorized third-party interventions in products and/or services and/or information available through him.

Right of withdrawal

We inform you that, according to N. 2251/1994, as amended and in force, as consumers you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw from the distance contract, without stating the reasons, and we will refund your money. For sales contracts, this deadline expires fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which the consumer or a third party proven by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. You can exercise the right of withdrawal by making any clear statement showing your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The right of withdrawal provided for in articles 3e to 3k for distance and off-premise contracts does not apply in the following cases: service contracts after the full provision of the service, if the performance began with the prior express consent of the consumer, and with the recognition on his part that he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed by the supplier the supply of goods or the provision of services the price of which depends on fluctuations in the money market which cannot be controlled by the supplier and which may occur within the withdrawal period the supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized the supply of goods which can be damaged or expire soon the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery the supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery which, however, can only be carried out after 30 days and the actual price of which depends on market fluctuations, which cannot be controlled by the supplier contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the supplier in order to carry out urgent repairs or carrying out maintenance work. If, in the case of such a visit, the supplier provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods in addition to the spare parts that were compulsorily used during the performance of maintenance work or during repairs, the right of withdrawal applies to said additional services or goods on supply of sealed audio recordings or sealed video recordings or sealed software for computers, unsealed after delivery supply of newspapers and magazines of all kinds, excluding subscription contracts for the supply of these forms contracts concluded at a public auction provision of accommodation other than for residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or deadline for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, if the execution started with the prior express consent of the consumer and his confirmation that he thus loses his right of withdrawal.

We remind you that the seller is responsible for real defects and lack of agreed properties according to articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code. The rights of the consumer are protected by the relevant provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection (Government Gazette A΄191/16.11.1994) as it currently applies. For any matter not expressly mentioned in these terms of use, the current legislation applies.

Payment by card

In the process of completing the order, you will go to a secure page belonging to the company Stripe. There you will put your card details and complete the payment.
We inform you that www.zinhome.gr does not store credit card numbers in any way. More information can be found in the section on “PERSONAL DATA.”.

Your credit card is charged on the day you are notified of the delivery time of your order.
When receiving the Products, you will be asked to show the credit card with which the purchase was made and your police ID.

Shipping methods

WITHIN CRETE

Dispatch for ready-to-deliver products is completed the next day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. For orders worth 70 euros or more, shipping is free. You know the exact cost of shipping before placing an order depending on the weight, volume and shipping location of the product

For parcels up to 3 kg the fee is €5.00.

Note: Only for cash on delivery payments there is an additional cost of €2.50

OUTSIDE CRETE – LAND DESTINATIONS – HARD TO REACH AREAS

The shipment, for ready-to-deliver products, is completed the next day except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. For orders worth 70 euros or more, shipping is free. You know the exact cost of shipping before placing an order depending on the weight, volume and shipping location of the product

For parcels up to 3 kg the charge is €5.50.

For hard-to-reach areas, the shipment is made to the nearest ACS store.

Note: Only for cash on delivery payments there is an additional cost of €2.50

COLLECTION FROM THE STORE

Collections from the store are made during store hours and days without any shipping charges whatsoever.
